Attendees: All rooms you don't need after February 1, 2023, please release them to the retreat by emailing us at cocllr_hotel@yahoo.com. Please don't release them directly to the hotel as we wish to bless another sister with the reservation. Once the retreat receives their reservation they will be released from liability. The retreat will assume full liability for the rooms and you will be sent a confirmation of receipt. This will allow the retreat to bless a sister needing a room, receive room credit, and help minimize registration increases in the future.

Marriott reservations: The COCLLR hotel coordinators have closed assistance for reservations. If you released a room to the retreat and haven't received an email stating the retreat will be 100% liable for your room, please call the hotel and cancel your reservation immediately. The retreat will only be held liable for the rooms we have accepted responsibility for via confirmed email. If you have a reservation at the Marriott, remember you have 72 hours to cancel your reservation, or a one-night fee will be charged to your credit card on file for a no show. We would like to thank all the sisters who blessed another sister by giving their room to the retreat.
Reservations at the Hilton upon checking in be sure to confirm the dates you plan to stay, because it is a penalty for early check-out.
In conclusion, hotel reservations for "2024", PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE only reserve the room you are guaranteed to use unless a crisis happens. Reserving rooms not used could cause the retreat to default on our contract or force us to require deposits prior to reserving your room.
